Do you have a microphone connected to the computer? You quite possibly may be receiving noise through that. If so, unplug it, or turn down the microphone volume.

    Question

When i record film to the computer, it seems to get outside sound instead of just the sound from the video. It's like talking into a microphone while recording. How can i get rid of this?

I believe that the microphone advice above may be your cause' however do also make sure that your multi-media settings are changed to your capture card via the control panel.
